Return Policy:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please take photos and contact our Customer Service immediately (or email us at: info@torras.com) to request a replacement. If the item is out of stock, an alternative will be offered, or in the worst case, a refund will be issued. Once the replacement has been agreed upon, ensure that the product is well-packaged and follow the instructions provided.

If you receive an incorrect product, you have 7 calendar days to make a claim.

We will cover the return shipping costs, provided the products are defective, do not match the item description on the website, or were damaged during transport or handling by us.

The amount will be refunded once the item is received and verified. If it is in good condition, the amount paid will be refunded.
